 - Hotel Block Room Reservations Due:
March 1st, 2021

Wedding Day Schedule

  • - 5PM Guests arrive at the Poynter Institute.


  • - 5:45PM Ceremony begins.


  • - 6:30PM Cocktail hour begins.


  • - 7PM An open air trolley arrives to begin shuttling guests to the reception venue.


  • - 7:30PM Reception begins. Dinner stations will be open. Trolley remains active throughout the evening.


  • - 11PM Final trolley of the evening shuttles guests back to the Poynter Institute.

Rain Plan

In the event of rain on Saturday, April 3rd, we will carry on with the ceremony as planned, and will reserve the rain check date of *Sunday, April 4th* for a slightly toned down outdoor reception.
*Please note, that Sunday the 4th is Easter and the final night of Passover.*
